Main Responsibilities

• Design and Development

o   Develop design concepts according to client needs and expectations.

o   Produce plans, elevations, 3D renderings and moodboards.

o   Integrate aesthetic, functional and innovative solutions into each project.

• Project Management

o   Ensure complete project follow-up, from design to completion.

o   Manage timelines, budgets and coordination with various stakeholders (suppliers, craftsmen, subcontractors, etc.).

o   Supervise construction sites and ensure work compliance with approved plans.

• Administrative and Commercial Follow-up

o   Prepare quotes, tenders and necessary administrative documents.

o   Manage orders, deliveries and inventory.

o   Develop supplier mailings and maintain partner relationships.

• Client Relations and Consulting

o   Welcome and guide clients in their choices.

o   Ensure smooth and professional communication at every stage of the project.

o   Propose customized solutions that address specific client needs.

• Research and Innovation

o   Stay informed about emerging trends, materials and technologies in interior architecture.

o   Promote the integration of sustainable and innovative practices in projects.

Profile

• Education: Degree in interior architecture or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years confirmed experience in high-end interior design, preferably within recognized agencies or firms. 

•  Technical skills:

o   Excellent command of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.

o   Strong knowledge in graphic presentation and project rendering.

• Language skills:

o   Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.

o   Mastery of a third language is an asset.

• Professional Aptitudes:

o   Excellent writing skills and sharp aesthetic design sense.

o   Autonomy, rigor and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

o   Proactivity, organization and positive attitude within a multidisciplinary team.

o   Excellent presentation and ease in client and supplier interactions.

Working Conditions

• Contract type: Full-time  
• Location: Position based in Geneva, with occasional travel according to project need.
