MANOR RIVE DROITE GENEVA

Full restoration

A great deal of thought went into the restoration of this splendid residence, built in 1989, in order to enhance and showcase its volumes. Located in Switzerland, this property has an exceptional view of the Alps and Mont Blanc. Featuring numerous contrasts, this luxury residential project wonderfully reflects the work and attention to detail sought by Cécile Demole and her team. The customer wanted to preserve the architectural character of the villa and at the same time add modernity. Each of the four lounges in this property has been designed in its own specific style and personality.

The architecture in the reception room is exceptional, with a ceiling of over 8 metres high. Sofas of over 4 metres in length have been dressed in fabric made to measure by the artist Toyinne Sellers. Beautiful tables and sideboards finish this living area. The wooden framework was restructured to provide more light and to be able to accommodate exceptional custom-made lights. The furniture was designed and made in our workshops to perfectly fit into this luxury interior combining elegance and subtlety. The artists and lights were selected after long reflection to create an environment that is both in keeping with the times and warm. One of the four lounges is an ode to Pierre Soulages. The dining room is characterised by its lavish chandelier and the work on the walls which make this room an elegant and welcoming space.
Designed as an invitation to travel, the master bedroom features made-to-measure leather furniture.
