BELGRAVIA TOWNHOUSE

Located in Belgravia’s exclusive neighborhood, this town house was entirely renovated by Dôme Project Interiors becoming the ideal pied-à-terre to enjoy the London life.

The interior decoration and the furnishings have been meticulously thought out by our interior architecture team in order to create a calm and luminous atmosphere to the property. Soft and harmonious tones give an elegant and trendy style to this house.

Ornamented with a beautiful stone fire place, the living room comprises of several elegant bespoke furniture pieces that were drawn by our team in order to create matching elements and optimize the usage of the space. The fabrics were carefully chosen to bring warmth and lightness. The use of mirrors increases perspectives and brings finesse and femininity to the volume. In the center of the room, a sumptuous pendant light with glass drop-beads is reflected in the mirrored coffee tables creating astonishing light effects.

The staircase with its wrought iron hand rail inspired from an Art Deco style brings character to the living room. This signature piece and its geometrical pattern is the central theme of the room and can be matched to the English designer wall lights as well as to the bookcase design.

An extension was created adjacent to the kitchen in order to create a more spacious and comfortable space. A white marble kitchen isle and mirror backboard bring depth and luminosity. Two Velux window have been installed to create a light wells bringing brightness in order to enjoy sunny days from inside. The kitchen also gives access to a romantic and intimate terrace with a plant wall and colorful cushions brightening this part of the house.

On the lower floor, the family room and the desk area give onto a small patio allowing for light to come in. A small bar was created between two bookcases in a warm and cozy atmosphere.

On the first and second floors, important construction works were carried out restructuring bedroom spaces and allowing for the third floor to be added thus creating another bedroom. Both bedrooms have large bespoke wardrobes ornamented with beaten handles. The headboards were custom made to dress the walls. And matching the beaten wardrobe handles, beaten lamps create a visual contrast with the soft toned fabrics chosen. Both bedrooms comprise of a bright en suite bathroom displaying beautiful Italien designer furniture.

Nested in a calm and refined area of Belgravia, the interior of this town house brings warms and sophistication away from the stress of the city center.
